Jitendra P.S. Solanki is a financial and estate planning expert who is passionate about helping special needs dependent families in removing their anxiety towards special needs planning. Jitendra is also author of the Book “ Financial Planning for Families Having Children With Special Needs.

Jitendra, a frequent writer, and speaker at public forums share his views and wisdom, especially in planning for families with special needs dependents, through various media groups and TV channels.

Dr. Shweta Solanki
(Founder and Director)
Shweta is a Disability Expert working with special needs dependent families for the last 17 years. She is a Senior Occupational Therapist by profession and has huge experience of implementing numerous projects on disability, mental health, Community based rehabilitation, Health, education and drug deaddiction. More than 10,000 families have been benefited till date through her guidance and interventions.

Deependra Kumar has joined SNEP as Executive-Operations. He is Pursuing LLB and is passionate on working  with us . He brings with him a lot of energy and  commitment to learn and grow  with the organization. 

Adv. Sanjay Rego

Sanjay Rego is a practicing Lawyer, and also a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Professionals (STEP). With a rich experience Sanjay specializes in advising special needs dependent families regard to their estate and succession plans.

Mrs. Shilpa Wagh  is a bachelor in Statistics from Mumbai University and M.C.A. from SNDT Womens’ University and Certified Financial Planner (CFPCM) conferred by Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd., Denver, USA. Training and coaching comes naturally to her as tools to empower individuals to reach their potential. She is a corporate trainer in the field of Information Technology, Financial & Tax Planning and Human Resource Development.

Mr. Sandeep Jindal
CA (Consultant) (Associate)
Sandeep is a chartered accountant (FCA) and a practicing GST consultant having experience of more than 12 years. Apart from his rich and extensive experience in Internal audits, Income tax matters, GST matters he also provides consultancy in income tax matters related to Private and Charitable Trusts.

Mrs. Shilpa Singhal (Practicing Company Secretary & Contracts Professional) is a Commerce & Law graduate, Qualified Company Secretary and Masters in Law (Prof.) with specialization in Corporate Law from NLU, New Delhi. She has experience of more than a decade in the field of Corporate Law and

Contract Drafting, Negotiations. Previous to starting her own practice, she has served in Power sector, Law firm & IT Sector and gained extensive experience in the field of Corporate Law.
